This website is owned by FORSWYTH STAR SERVICES LIMITED registered at NO. 3, PRINCE ADEMOLA STREET, ONIRU, VICTORIA ISLAND, LAGOS STATE, NIGERIA. This website has been created to offer a range of e-learning business solutions to customers which are made available to download and purchase in an e-shop. All customers will need to register for an account before they are able to access the e-shop which will require customers to enter some personal information about themselves. For more information about how this personal data may be handled and processed please make sure that you also read our privacy policy alongside these terms and conditions.

All orders will be delivered electronically in the relevant file format to the email address which has been provided by the customer. In order to use the digital content then customers must have internet access as well as the right programmes for viewing the Videos and eBooks in electronic format.

E-Shop

In order to access the business materials which are offered for sale in the e-shop then all customers will need to create and use their account each time that they wish to enter the shop. Customers must always provide accurate information about themselves when they are accessing the shop. And it is their responsibility to let us know if any of the personal information which we have about them may have changed or is incorrect.

When the customer has completed and submitted the registration form to set up an account this also acts as a proposal to conclude an agreement upon accessing and using the websites services. Once the application for an account has been sent off then the customer will be sent a confirmation email which will contain their personal login information. This information must be kept safe.

Payments

All of the payments for items purchased through Peele Services will be processed online electronically. We use a third-party secure payment provider to ensure the maximum security for your transactions online at all times.

Once the payment has been processed then the items will be delivered via email. For more information on our delivery services then please read the relevant section in these terms and conditions. PELFRS, NIGERIA will appear on the bank statement as the billing information.

All payments must be made in advance and processed ahead of any items being downloaded.

Delivery, Termination and Refunds

All eBooks, Audiobooks and videos will be delivered via email and should arrive instantly. Deliveries should not take any longer than 48 hours to arrive from a fully processed order. In the event that it has been longer than this and you have still not received the items which you purchased from us, then please get in touch and someone will look into this for you as soon as possible.

Refunds will only be considered in limited circumstances. In the unlikely event that the product you receive is not the one that you ordered, or if it differs greatly from the one that you ordered in any way, then please get in touch with us as soon as possible. Please note that we are only able to consider refund requests when they have been made within 14 days of the original products arriving.

Customers may give notice for the termination of their account on this website at any time. After the agreement to have the account terminated has been processed, the customer shall no longer have any access to the web shop.

Digital content

All purchased digital content is permitted for use by the customer only. The file may be downloaded and used on the customers end device for personal use only and the cases allowed by copyright law. It is forbidden for the customer to: make any unauthorised copies of the material, allowing third parties to have any access to the materials or making the material otherwise available to the public. The above rules apply to all digital content in its entirety as well as any part that is protected by copyright law.

Warranty and liability

The company Peele Services or its service providers do not accept liability for any legal fees, losses or damages which are experienced by any customers following the use of any of the materials which are available to purchase on this website.
